Throughout my work at Dot Esports, I wrote over 1,500 articles covering a wide range of games and generated over a million sessions, while coordinating with game publishers and PR agencies on exclusive content. I started out writing news, but quickly branched out to strategy guides, reviews, and features.

Table of contents

Exclusive content

I have had the opportunity to work with publishers, PR agencies, and developers on exclusive content for Dot Esports. The content includes preview events, esports events, and reviews for both games and products. I've also had the chance to interview people behind THE FINALS, ARC Raiders, Delta Force, Splitgate 2, The First Descendant, Call of Duty esports, and more.

Throughout my work, I frequently spoke to Embark Studios about two of their live-service games: THE FINALS and ARC Raiders, discussing the latest seasonal updates and giving fans an outlook on the future. Other highlights include speaking with the team behind Delta Force, Team Jade, which is based in China, and writing a detailed retrospective on FragPunk in collaboration with NetEase Games.

Throughout the first half of 2026, I had the opportunity to work with Monster Energy on a series of Call of Duty esports (CDL) events hosted in Birmingham, Paris, and Las Vegas. The collaboration allowed me to secure original coverage for the site while also providing value to the brand.

My CDL coverage featured interviews with CDL general manager at Activision, Daniel Tsay; interviews with CDL casters MerK and Maven; interviews with Monster Energy ambassadors Fifakill and Zyro; and experiential features.

Features and opinions

Lastly, I wrote opinion articles to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of individual titles. Some of them were also created in collaboration with PR agencies and game publishers, while others were based on my gaming experiences.

Here are examples of original features and opinions I did for Dot Esports:

News reporting

Reporting on news and developments in the gaming industry is a part of my day-to-day at Dot Esports. The news stories range from industry news, such as acquisitions or earnings reports, to game updates and community stories.

Several news pieces were done in collaboration with PR and publishers. For example, the news piece on the ARC Raiders 3D content team was a part of the NDC coverage pitched by Nexon Korea.

Evergreen content

Evergreen content, including guides and lists, is a large part of Dot Esports' content. I covered new AAA releases, like Forza Horizon 6, live-service games, like ARC Raiders, and indie gems like Far Far West.

SEO content ranged from short guides to extensive comparisons between games of the same genre, such as Overwatch and Marvel Rivals. Many evergreen articles have been updated as games received patches to keep them relevant.
